Posee un Bachillerato en Historia de las Américas con una segunda concentración en Literatura Comparada de la Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Río Piedras. También posee una Maestría en Historia con énfasis en Puerto Rico y el Caribe de la misma institución. Su tesis de maestría se titula ‘Los agricultores frente al desastre: la representación de vulnerabilidad y las negociaciones políticas en la revista El Agricultor Puertorriqueño (1925-1929)’. El propósito de su investigación fue analizar el desastre provocado por los huracanes de 1926 y 1928 en Puerto Rico mediante las representaciones de vulnerabilidad y las negociaciones políticas que surgieron en la revista El Agricultor Puertorriqueño.
Desde agosto del 2025, Víctor es el Coordinador de Trabajos en el Archivo General de Puerto Rico, y está encargado de supervisar la creación de inventarios y las labores de los pasantes en la institución.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in History of the Americas with a secondary concentration in Comparative Literature from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. He also has a Master’s degree in History with an emphasis on Puerto Rico and the Caribbean from the same institution. His master’s thesis is titled “Farmers Facing Disaster: The Representation of Vulnerability and Political Negotiations in the magazine El Agricultor Puertorriqueño (1925-1929).” The purpose of his research was to analyze the disaster caused by the hurricanes of 1926 and 1928 in Puerto Rico through the representations of vulnerability and the political negotiations that emerged in the magazine El Agricultor Puertorriqueño.
Since August 2025, Víctor is the Archivo General de Puerto Rico Work Coordinator for the PRAC, and is in charge of supervising the creation of inventories and the work of the interns within the institution.
